Viaana Designer Studio is not liable for any damage, loss, or issues arising from the use of our products unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier delays, natural events, or system failures.

6. Damaged Products

We perform strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged product, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customersupport@viaanadesignerstudio.com with clear photos of the damage. We will replace the product with the same or a similar item, subject to availability. Damage claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

7. Missed Delivery

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to us. You may request re-shipment by paying an additional charge of ₹250.
