DELIVERY

Sarees
will be dispatched within 2 working days. All
products that are made-to-order require 5 – 10 days for production and dispatch.
If you require the outfit urgently, please write to us at
customersupport@viaanadesignerstudio.com or WhatsApp on 6364060940 before
ordering and we will assist you. Please note after ordering, urgent orders will
not be possible. As each piece is made
to order, all sales are final. No returns and no exchange.

For India: Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for
metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your
order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational
issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.

For
International Orders: You
can expect your package within 7 to 10 days from the time we dispatch your
order. In some rare cases, any delays can be brought to our notice by emailing
at customersupport@viaanadesignerstudio.com and we shall provide you with
better information for your query.
